I'm in NSW and I've heard the same thing about just needing to do all the unleaded stuff. ie filler and cat. however I've also been told that I need to re-do the fuel lines fully upgrade the brakes and stuff like that that worries me.
I'm in a predicament at the moment as in the last week my car went from stock and running well to POS in the front yard.
1st the rear brakes started rubbing metal on metal
the the car started to make some rather loud tapping in the head
then started over heating, and to top it off the exhaust system literally fell off on the way home from work tonight. so rather than put endless money into getting the car back to stock I'm going to put in my 18R-geu I've hav in the gararge.
I need to do the rear brakes so I'm going to go the disc braake upgrade and I'm going to get an exhaust system put in for the new engine. this should stop the hassles I've had with the car but if i need to start upgrading front brakes / fuel line it's going to turn into a rather expensive exersize. I'm going to make some calls tomorrow and find out more, any suggestions on people to call??
P.S can sombody pick up my exhaust pls its somwhere on Windsor rd
cheers
