I am sure it will fit an ST184 Celica, as we share the same manual from Hayes, and they dont' seem to discriminate in that section of the manual.
AE92, very very similar in many areas, had a friends AE92 we were going to put them on, but never got around to it. I can give you diameters etc if you need.
I have added a picture of my Celica when it had them on, so you can guess how much lower it was.
I also had them checked by Pedders for sagging etc all when I bought the car and they said they were absolutely fine, but they were unable to run a shock test, as it was too low
