If im not mistaken (i havnt seen one, only what ive read), the SC14 does have a solenoid clutch and a electronic bypass valve built in.
Turning on/off the SC would be easy.
When in use, engage the clutch, close the bypass.
When not in use, disengage the clutch, open the bypass.
