Don't most of the GZE's have DLI and coil packs?
Not a 4AGE expert by any means but, if the GZE has DLI I would think that this would almost offset the intercooler troubles. Don't most ppl go aftermarket / firewall cutting when doing RWD 20vlv?
I think the GZE is faster on the street (better pickup, sc!), a 20vlv is prbly a nose faster on a track when kept high in the revs tho.
I don't think you will have troubles getting either motor these days in a front cut.
In terms of potential you can always drop the SC off a GZE and add a turbo or keep the SC and get a bigger puller for more boost, then it will be much better than the 20 valve...!
