Currently the difference with (2000 Spec and 2003) them is the nose cone and the RPM limiter has been moved a few 100s RPM to 8400RPM from 7600RPM. Few minor interior changes. The round tail lights and a few other tweaks to make it better. (HID i believe is an option in America but Australia is still iffy) If I have misinformed or missed anything please post... Cheers.
