I have used the Taiwanese copies. I still have 2 x brand new copies in the box.
They are pretty difficult to get them to fit nicely. I did a bit of cutting welding and grinding to get the one on my car to fit close. It is the drivers side, the rear lip was cut to fot the line of the door pannel and welded, the slots in the top edge where it screws down are filed where necessary and the tag that bolts inside the door jamb area needs to be cut of and re-positioned.
