Make up a adapter to screw into the plug hole so you can connect a air hose to it then turn the motor to top dead center of the cylinder you are going to remove the springs on , turn the air on and with a spring compressor remove and replace the springs ( you can bye a cheap spring compressor for this purpose )But if it's a twin cam head you will have to make a tool to compress the springs .
