Actually, the GZE box would suit the your turbo better as it has a heaps longer 1st and 2nd, which allows you to get the car on boost, keep it on boost and stay there. The 6-spd has a really short 1st and 2nd gear, better suit for high revving, lower torque, N/A engines, which don't get up to speed as quick, are good for freeway work, and a highier top speed, (of course, extra gear!). So what will happen with a 6-spd, as your engine comes on boost, the rev's will skyrocket to your redline quicker and harder than an N/A version, meaning you'll need to change gears quicker/sooner. The 5-spd, you have you can hold the gears a lot longer than, but will lose out a bit on top speed, but than again, toyota's have a spd limiter, So I don't think you'll miss out on much. To give you a comparison, my rally car ran a GZE box and now runs the six spd, the GZE's 1st and second took forever to rev out to the 8,000 redline and dropped the revs below the optimum power/torque band, which is up high. This made really dull and hard to keep it going fast. In the 6-spd, it's over in a few seconds and I can keep the engine on song ie high up the rev range where this engine performs. Overall, the GZE would be best suited for what your after.
