Try adjusting your caster rods, you can move the wheel back (away from bumper), but be careful it doesnt hit the back of the wheel arch when you move it. You will have to get a wheel alignment after, so probably better to get it done at a supension place. Prob cost you 50 bucks.
I had the opposite problem, the wheels were hitting the back of the wheel arch, and i had to move it towards the bumper.
