I loved my 18-RC, i thought it was a great engine and makes the car look stock under the bonnet, but if i had an RG sitting around i would put it in no questions asked, rg is a cross flow head, RC is not so the RC really strugles to get air in and out.
go the RG if you've got it then use it and $600????? thats the cheapest bang for buck you can do
