Hmmm ... I didn't really see the need for coil over suspension because I'm too lazy to change settings themselves.
I've got a full suspension set-up by Fulcrum suspension which consists of Koni shocks & Whiteline swaybars etc.
I've yet to take it out on the track however they are great for the street as in comfortable ride, all tyres maintain grip through corners (maybe not so good if you want to drift - I don't) however my initial impression is that they were quite soft.
I am sure you could go for stiffer components but obviously you'd compromise your ride.
As for adjustability, I've yet to look into it ... just enjoying the absence of bunny-hopping.
I've heard similar things about the Whiteline suspension set-up, a bit soft as well but made with Australian roads in mind.
Front sits around 330 and the rear 320 from what I recall ... here's an idea as to the ride height (I'm running 15" BTW):
