There is an externally adjustable (top of strut) koni that can go in the 86 - I don't have the part number with but could find it time - I believe it is a short stroke unit and does require that the casing be modified a little.
As for the rear it only takes a few minutes to undo the bolt that holds the shock in place (please have the car jacked up) and rotate the thing around, put it back on and you have adjusted the rear!
Actually whiteline should be able to tell you these part numbers, give them a call at their Minto facility.
