Re: Help! Finding RUST on a TA22?

look in the sills under the doors, for some reason there is drain holes there that have been plugged with rubber stoppers
Infront of the rear wheel is another spot because the rubber seals against the window often dissapear over the years and water goes down the inside of the panel and because all these drain holes are plugged it sits and rusts.
The front guards, behind the front wheel the guard folds back on itself and a lot of dirt and mud flick up in there and just sits. eventually rusting it from the inside. I'm modifying my guards to cut this bit off.
It will be a good idea to put your hand in all the spots you can't see to check for rust as these cars seem to rust from the inside out.
