Beware! When people say "I fixed the rust" they usually mean "I covered the rust with body filler so you can't see it any more". While it may look OK for a while, in six months time the rust will start to come through worse than before and the car will look like crap.
When you check out the car, take one of those thin flexible fridge magnets with you (ie a fairly weak magnet) and stick it to the car in all the spots mentioned above. A magnet will stick to steel, but not body filler! If you find a fair amount of rust, remember there's likely to be a lot more damage than you can actually see and it will cost a fortune to fix it properly. Sadly a lot of TA22's have become victims of dodgy smash repairs and rust.
