That process is called extrud honing, they pump an abrasive mixture that looks like honey. Its expensive and I think there is only a couple of places across Aust. that do it.

I'd be looking at getting an RB20 Ball bearing turbo and getting it high-flowed coz its a much better turbo, and not that much bigger than the CT20, it should fit too.
