Gearbox and Diff Options

I have a sprinter with a 4age. The engine is modified with the usual stuff cams,ecu etc
I don't know much about whats kind of parts are available for the sprinter since I have been driving around in a rex for the last few years and decided to upgraded to a sprinter.
I would like to know what gearbox and diff works well together. I would like to do some track work but also have some sort of drivability for the highway.
So as much info you can give me to bring me up to speed on whats available for the sprinter would help me greatly.
