There are a couple of different 1JZ configs: 1JZ-GTE (pre 1996) 2.5 litre twin CT12a turbos 1JZ-GTE (post 1996 2.5 litre single turbo with VVTi 1JZ-GE 2.5 litre, non turbo, VVTi 1JZ-FSE 2.5 litre, non turbo, direct injection (VVTi maybe) There are also assorted sump configurations depending on the car it came out of.
