Hey Chump For reference I have the brown interior but the parcel shelf I am using is a blue one. This matches the car fine. I suggest you get whatever shelf you can get a hold of as they are hard to find. The shelve has an indentation on the left and right side. I have cut out a piece of wood for both sides. And mounted the 6*9 speakers through this. The wood is painted black. I actually had the wood and the speakers covered with some gold and brown materials. But this fell apart after 6 or more years from the UV rays. I also fibreglassed the bottom of the board. Point being....you dont need the brown board get anyone you can......
