It's pretty easy. Remove the plenum first (from memory it bolts to the manifold about half way up the inlet runners), then you'll have access to the fuel rail. Unbolt the fuel rail from the manifold and the whole assembly (injectors and rail) will simply pull out. Make sure you buy new o-rings before you re-install the injectors!
