How much oil to fill a 1JZ Soarer?

I finally did my 1st oil change today on my car (after being stuffed around by Autopro and filters) and I wasn't sure how much oil I needed so I measured how much came out and put a little more than that back in as I replaced the filter. It still is low on the dipstick so I ended up putting in the full 5L and it's still low.
How much do they take??
