The motor will, but the gearbox won't. The GT4 5-speed is a 4WD gearbox/diff. And you'd need to change the intercooler setup.
The motor will mate with your existing gearbox, but going by your other thread, your gearbox is stuffed.
May I suggest finding a import 3S-GE gearbox from the Jap Import Wreckers.. perhaps off a JDM ST184? This would combine well with the GT4 motor, but don't expect it to take really heavy abuse.
