sideshow Forums Junkie Location: sydney Registered: March 2003	Re: 4age dying after 3-5 seconds Tue, 20 May 2003 10:50 check to see if yr ignitor is earthed or is sendin a signal to ecu the ignitor sends a return signal to ecu sayin everything is ok after that signal the ecu will pulse the injectors if the ignitor body aint earthed it wont send a return signal make sure u havnt bolted ignitor on paint or even just let it hang can u get a multimeter with a digital tacho check if u have rpm at ingitor black wire or ig- on diagnostic box then check if u have rpm on black/yellow trace wire on ignitor check to see if u have 12 yolts on black/orange trace wire on ingniotr/coil/injectors wehn ignition is on theres lots to check but its either rpm or 12 volts [Updated on: Tue, 20 May 2003 10:53] [Report message to a moderator]
