thanks norbie...I managed to find a replacement pulley of another 1G-GTE at the junkyarad....it took three grease monkeys to take of the pulley. and they almost gave-up until I asked them to used a gear puller.
by the way...I had the chance to compare the pulley to a pulley of a 7M-GE..looks similiar..but don't know it the timing marks (nothc on the pulley) are the same tho
