dude what your asking for is not sounding promising.
The biggest question you need to ask yourself is what are you trying to achieve and whats your budget? Also is it going to be only for race use? If it is on for race use there was an ST205 GT4 for sale for only $6500 (not registerable)
BTW all GT4's have a factory turbo.
Why are you after a non turbo car?
