id go with option 1 to start
but with coilovers, to get the most out of them you will need short stroke shocks.
TOKICO HTS102's are fully adjustable shocks for virtually any spring rate (from 4- 12kg/mm) so id go with tht combo
they are not "race" rated shocks but good spilce of useability for street/"drift"/traffic
if i were you id go with a 6kg front + 4kg rear to start from stock setup just to be safe. ease your way upto an 8+6 setting, as its quite stiff and you might end up fucking it into a tree
my xmas prezzie to meself this year is a set of fightex "fine sport" coilovers on all 4 corners and a set of Techno Pro Spirit 5.5 kg/mm rear springs with tokico ht102 shocks to govern the setup.
$5500 well spent i rekon, should be smooth and responsive after that!
