I don't think a CT20 will be able to push through enough air for a 4L. And the size of the exhaust on them will restrict the exhaust too much. You'll probably end up killing the turbo pretty quick.

2 x CT20 turbos would be good.

A CT26 (3L supra turbo) might be stretched for the 4L, but probably not.
