Falcon six we're talking? CT20, you MUST be kidding - maybe a 1JZ CT20 would be a moderate torque boost, but if you meant a 3T one...

Falcon sixes, with their long stroke, LOVE BIG turbos. Stick the biggest mother on their possible, it'll go hard. If you can't afford a new one, take the Zoom magazine approach and do a twin turbo conversion - they used twin RB20 ones, but twin 3S CT20s would work pretty well too, I'd think.
