Actually I remember looking at the pictures of your engine and noticing no regulator. it should be attached to thew fuel rail before and then the return line to it. When I got mine going it ran a really high idle and ran lumpy as a pigs ass. I checked the timing and it was 90 deg advanced. not sure why it wasn't back firing or anything. and about those pin outs. I opened mine up to check the pins as it seemed different to other diagrams I have seen. it has a (Vf) what is this?? if any one know can you tell me Here is a diagram of mine.
