VF on toyota Ljet is typically a test socket, got no idea how to use it though.
If you don't have a regulator as blaze is suggesting get one, your car will either be flooding(no return) or getting little fuel (no pressure flowing straight through). Check your injectors are pulsing best to use and LED with a 800 ohm resistor, don't use a test light with a globe or the ecu could blow with that load (high current is bad).
