Definately not, on boost you'd only be pushing enough air up to around 3000RPM then probably start to really upset the turbo. Like, split every moving part of it, in fact, it would be an unfortunate turbo to have to try...

Remember the new Falcon Turbos have GT40 turbos to push through the amount of air required, they're huge, rated at around 600+hp.
