I had my offroad buggy on the dyno last week and i was disapointed with the figure as well, the dyno report said it only has 84 kw at the back wheels with 12 psi boost and a
motec ecu, the guy said the most he has got out of a 4agze with a front intercooler, motec and a tuned exhaust was 96 kw and it was pushing about 14's over the 1/4 mile in a datsun ute.
When i took it for a drive it was really quick,
so i would not be worried too much about the dyno figure.
The thing they said would make the biggest difference would be to move the intercooler, my intake temp on the dyno was 140 degrees celcius and the lower the intake temp the more power.
The ute had about 20 degrees intake temp because of the intercooler being front mounted.
