first of all, the microtech uses the standard engine sensors (which is *really* helpful)

if it's already been used in something, you're going to get a loom that has been hacked into little pieces, so you'll need a new one from microtech (about $100).

with the tuning... you'll basically need to get it re-tuned, professionally. that, or ask microtech if they can give you the base map for your engine.

I'd strongly recommend getting a laptop one, as laptop tuning is much easier
