Yeah try and blow it out.....but dont get the compressor in there as it wont fit.....try and attach a hose to the compressor and use that to blow the crap out... as this will work much better

seriously though if u give it enough air u proabably wont even have to wash the dirt out.....but washing the dirt out is a good idea

how about putting when blowing it out....seal the hole your blowing through so more of the crud and dirt gets "forced" out of the drain plugs ???
