Rear springs and shocks definitely will fit! you can use almost the entire front struts/brake/hub assembly from a 23 onto a 22, just change the strut top (the 3 bolt pattern is different 22 to 23), and bolt it in with the added advantage of Bigger brakes, but hey dont expect to fit your 13" stock rims back on!
