I was saying that my next car would be a RWD or Four Wheel Drive, but I have a few reasons that I still like my front wheel drive. For a long time, generally speaking, rally cars (which, yes, I classify as the best form of racing, combining the hightest quality driving and strongest machine engineering) were FWD till Four WD came in and beat them. In real (rally) driving, RWD just doesn't cut it. This is because in FWD you have a great ability to pull yourself through corners (instead of risking a slide you just plant it) and you can power out and keep control much easier. RWD one just has to be a little more careful in such situations, hence their no-show action in the rally world. Similar principles apply anywhere though. But if you are a city boy and like the old burn out or two, a bit of slippage exiting a round-about, then you must buy a RWD, and I don't blame you. I don't drive RWD very often, so honestly, I can't say everything, and I KNOW that RWD drivers love their RWD cars. Is it a complex? [Report message to a moderator]
