I can't see you doing it for $2k. For starters, where are you going to find a large enough supercharger? SC12's and SC14's can be had cheaply, but they're not big enough. After that things start getting expensive.
I agree with the above, get a 7M-GTE. Bang-for-your-buck it's the best option, and it would be heaps easier to do than a custom SC setup.
