It is supposed to be a cooler - if you're getting your lines redone, why not plumb in a 'proper' core-type cooler out the front of the car? No prizes for guessing which Locally Manufactured Car uses absolutely no form of cooling on the steering - and which Locally Manufactured Car also has a tremendous reputation for rupturing seals, hoses and pumps... (I'll give you a hint - they're both the same, and both like to be thought of as a jungle animal!  )
