Camber and Caster cannot be altered on most cars, not without some modification.

Generally only toe can be adjusted. This is done by adjusting the tie rods (bits between steering box/rack and your hubs)

Just incase you are unsure what the meaning are,

Toe: look down at your feet Very Happy the toe is the relative angle between the front wheels, it pidgeon toe (toes in, heals out) is toe in and vice versa for toe out. Normally your car has 1 or 2 degrees toe in to account for drag on your wheels pulling on the suspension. Ideally you would like the wheels striaght when moving.

Chamber: look at the front of your car. The tops of the wheels should be slightly leaning towards each other. Classic examples are, Negative Chamber: rear wheels on a heavily (cheaply) lowered Datsun 1600. Positive Chamber: rear wheels on a standard swing axle VW. This can generally only be adjusted by changing strut tops or modifying the lower suspension mounting points.

Caster: This is the angle of the strut when looking at the side of your car. This effects lateral stability (steering) and response of the steering. Once again, it can only be adjusted by modifying the suspension mounting points.
