Having driven a Corona with a 2S-C engine, with its raging 90hp power output, I find it hard to believe you're beating anything faster than a 3-cylinder Charade.
Seriously though, the mods you're proposing might bump you up to 100hp after spending a fair amount on money, which will make you about line-ball with an Excel. Worth it? You decide.
