I think you will find the 3tgt does fire at the same time, there may be a 5deg difference but not 180 deg. Apparently the second coil will drop out around 4000 rpm but I haven't confirmed this. Yes the 3tgteu ignitor may be ok but I doubt the ems supports it. I don't know whether it has dwell control for advance I know it has it for retard (knocking)

Best bet is to use a two channel module that is compatible with the ems. What module do you currently have? it could be a two channel module that in that case two wires from the dizzy to the module, +ve ignition to both coils, ignition module -ve (should be 2 if twin module) to coils and a couple of wires from module to EMS for est.

By the way the module triggers the coils based on dizzy signal
