Lots and lots of elbow grease
I have seen a someone working on a holden floorpan and they gave up with the heat gun and ended up using an acetylyne torch to heat it (smelly and lots of fumes) but a lot quicker to heat.
Grab a decent paint scraper too - go to a decent hardware or paint store and get one that is a bit firm, nothing worse than working with a flimsy scraper that elcheapo places sell
Good luck!
