1) how hard is it?
2) can i just bolt the 5mge head on to it?
3) what parts need to be change to 5mge parts too?
4) I think i need to use 5mge ECU, will it be ok to use the 5me loom on it?

1) Not worth the effort.
2) No.
3) All the parts you require will be on an intact 5MGE.
4) Depends on whether you buy an analogue or digital ECUed 5MGE. If it is analogue, you can just plug it in and play. Otherwise you will need to swap all the sensors from the 5ME on to the 5MGE and modify the 5MGE dizzy.
