The module you have will be no good for controlling the ignition through the EMS (that is if your ems has ignition control). The module is not a 2 chanel module and will only run one coil.
+ve means positive
-ve means negaitve
If you were to use this coil on the 3tgteu with both plugs the only way to do it would be to buy a dual fire coil. If your EMS supports ignition you are best to buy a module that is dual channel that the EMS supports. One option may be a commodore V8 dual channel module if EMS support it.
by the way your pins out is like this
16 -ve side of coil
15 +12v ignition
7 ignition out (dizzy wire)
3 ignition ground (dizzy wire)
It is difficult to tell what the wires from the dizzy are ie ground, ignition out the best way to tell is to suck and see. Connect them up one way and get the engine running, then try the other way, which way gives you the most advance? the most advanced result is correct.
If you are going to run fuel only best to get yourself another module to run to the other coil feed the ignition signal to both coils(dizzy wires) and don't forget to use heat sinks and heat sink paste when mounting the modules.
Is your dizzy currently locked? ie no movement between rotor and shaft? (grab you rotor and try and twist it if it moves it will not be locked) If your dizzy is permently locked look at getting the 2 channel module as the dizzy advance/retard that the bosch module requires will not be working.
