what i said in regards to upgraded pulley was only relevant if it was a pulley on the supercharger, not crank. as far as i know a bigger crank pulley shouldnt affect idle.
cleaning the throttle body is a good idea as the do tend to get full of oil on gze's quite easy.
and about leaks around the manifold, this would only be relevant if you are running a AFM gze. if your running map sensor, having an air leak SHOLDNT make any difference wahtsoever as it hasnt read the air intake yet as it does it in the manifold.
with different intercoolers and the like i cant really comment on that i spose it could affect idle although i cant see how.
those of you running front mounts on sprinters can someone please send me some pics!? preferably of the piping exiting the supercharger or the pipes going past the radiator (if still using a stock radiator). im still having trouble workimg out how to do mine!
