i've checked the head number and its 11111-88253. The camshaft numbers are 1351[n]-88251 (n is 1 or 2 for left and right) and they also have "NPR" stamped on them - could this be the brand? Ok now i have measured the valves lengths and diammeters which are: Inlet valve Diammeter: 45mm Length: 107mm Exhaust valve Diammeter: 38.5mm Length: 106mm (not sure which is bigger - inlet or exhaust - i've forgotten, but they are the sizes for the 2 valves.) Ok so here is a picture (big 1024x768, might take a while on dialup) of all the parts i'm talking about. there is three timing guides - one for the top, the adjustable curved one and the fixed curved one. the 2 cams with the 5 bearings for each shaft. 8 double valve springs with the round brakets that clamp onto the end of the valves. also the caps and the magnetic flat pieces that go on the inside of them. you've mentioned the chain tensioner so i've included that too. the timing chain and other chain (can remove if not needed) and last bit not least the inlet and exhaust valves. you mentioned that the 8825x camshafts might not be benificial for your setup (efi and stock pistons). well my previous 18rgeu engine (with dual weber carbies) used the same camshaft and parts. it also had 88270 pistons which is the one shown on the right in the picture above with the 2 pistons. so if you were to try a different setup then i would definitely consider using these. another thought, if you don't think that the parts might not go well with your setup you could maybe go with a different head. preferrably the 88253 one that i have, since it has also been machine ported. just an idea if you're interested - i could sell the whole lot cheaper as a package. let me know what you think, jarrod.
