depends what sort of 1jz
a chaser-sump 1jz apparently takes 6 litres (!!!)
NGK bkr6es are a good spark plug for the 1jz
working from memory on my celica (which may not be the same)... if you put the pop-ups "up", and have a look on the side of them, you'll see a screw each side. take these off. then you can remove the headlight lens, and the bulb pulls straight out
