Ok, after enlisting my mum to do some searching on the internet, I got in touch today with a place called Prostreet Automotive in Castle Hill, & the guy I spoke to said they can get the bits needed to put together new seatbelt assemblies, which would cost from $60 to $120 per seatbelt.
I told him I'll prolly drop in next week & get some definite prices.
If anyone else is interested, the details of the place are:
