TA22-3SGTE Regular Location: MACKAY Registered: May 2002	Re: 3s-gte rwd clutch and flywheel Wed, 11 June 2003 10:14 I've done it both ways with using a 2S flywheel and using the 3SGTE flywheel both way's work as good , Using the 2S flywheel all that needs to be done is to plug and redrill to the 8 bolt pattern and with the 3SGTE flywheel just get the bellhousing milled , Using the 2S flywheel you can use the 2S starter but using the 3SGTE flywheel a different starter needs to be used as the 3sgte flywheel has a larger diameter. The flywheel off the later 3SFE also has the 8 bolt pattern and can be used. The 2S and 3SFE flywheel can only be used on the first gen ( ST165 ) as the later motors have larger bolts and a slightly different bolt spacing. Trevor [Report message to a moderator]
