you would have to do some custom engine mounting arangments to fit the 18R-G variants into your old Corolla (im guessing KE55?)
A better, easier and most likely cheaper alternative would be to use the 2T-G. They were actually an option in the Japanses Trueno Corolla's (GT's etc) and aren't too hard to fit into a KE corolla at all.
