Some 7Ks are fuel injected. Will that manifold bolt up to the K engine you plan to use? If so, will it fit in your KE10 bay?
It may be possible to order the bottom half of the 4KE manifold and fuel rail new from Toyota for less than fabricating a manifold. You could then fabricate a plenum/top half to suit your requirements using more readily available bits.
The EA TBI setup is simple enough, but it's hard to imagine it would be as 'efficient' as the 4KE. Of course, you'll still need to make a plenum.
The multi throttle bodies could work, but mounting them vertically (as per your PF post) might necessitate moving the injectors (possible space issues and the might spray directly onto the manifold depending how you make this). It would be the ants pants though!
